These are the full Terms and Conditions for our Free Web Site Design offer. They were last updated on 12 May 2008.

Using our design service is completely risk free. We will not ask you for any payment for our services until you are completely satisfied with your Web site design.

All designs created by Moore Technology Solutions for the Free Web Site Design offer will be owned by Moore Technology Solutions. We will retain all copyrights in the design as well as in any of the content that we create. You may only use the design and content that we create as part of an on-going hosting contract with us.

Content created by you will remain your property.

You warrant that you own or have obtained the rights to use any third-party content that you provide to Moore Technology Solutions.

The monthly hosting contract may be cancelled at any time. The contract will run until the end of the month for which payment was last received. If a payment is missed at any time, your Web site may be taken off-line on the assumption that you have cancelled the contract.

You may, if you wish, purchase the rights to the Web site design at any time. The cost of this will vary according to the complexity of the design.

The Free Web Site Design offer applies to the initial design process. Minor changes to the Web site (e.g. to update telephone numbers, office address, fees, etc) will be made free of charge. Major changes (e.g. a redesign, additional pages, etc) will incur a fee.

The availability of this offer is subject to the suitability of the Web site. We endeavour to make this offer available to everyone, but there are a small number of Web site types that may not qualify (e.g. sites that would require frequent manual updates by Moore Technology Solutions).
